The Sea Beckons

The sea calls to me in a way I cannot ignore—insistently and emotionally—beckoning me with its radiant light and saturated color. My landscape works are not records of what I have seen, rather they are imprints of what I have felt at times when I have allowed the natural world to wash over me and settle somewhere deep inside. Each painting is an attempt to hold on to that glorious feeling.
